Fantastic Demo Day at Craft Inspirations with fab papers & accessories from Bo Bunny and don't forget the blog candy!!!

Hi everyone, well what a fab demo day I had a Craft Inspirations on Saturday.  It was slow to start but once it got going we had quite a crowd, it was lovely to see the regular supporters and great to meet some new ones too.  It was lovey to see Shirley Drew (Craft Inspirations Tutor and card making expert) who has just been featured in Creative Card Making Magazine... we rarely get the chance to meet up as we teach and demonstrate at different times.

It was also lovely to see Jo Luton (creative support) who works at Craft Inspirations as I had not seen her at a demo day for a while and I had seen her twice in one week as she had been to my C.O.W workshop earlier in the week.

Featured above are some makes from the day... the Rustic Charmed Picture Frame from my earlier post has been given a face lift and has proven to be incrediblly successful at both demo days and classes.  I also gave the boxed any occassion cards a make over too and did an alternative version... I am teaching the Boxed Any Occassion Cards next Monday night at C.O.W, we still have a few places left if you want to come and join in the fun. Just Contact Francine at either C.O.W or Moonfruit you won't be disappointed and the C.O.W shop is a lovely place to come and create, eat cakes, drink tea and have lots of fun.

Craft Room Clear Out = Blog Candy Give Away

Hi everyone, I have had a massive clear out in my craft room these past few weeks... re-organised and had more storage solutions addressed by my lovely hubby :)

We’re hosting another 6 weeks of craft workshops at the Creative Open Workshops in Birmingham’s Custard Factory.


Sessions run on weekday evenings & weekend afternoons!

Monday: Paper craft

Tuesday: Textiles

Thursday: Crochet

Weekends: ceramics, felt making, jewellery & customizing your wardrobe!

Weekday workshops last up to 3 hours and cost £15 (incl. materials, equipment, hot drinks & cakes)

Weekend workshops last a minimum of 4 hours and cost £30 (incl. materials, equipment, hot drinks & cakes)

Pick&Mix Special Offer:

Any 6 workshops for £75 (instead of £90)

Last few places remaining for CD Holder Workshops at C.O.W

Hi everyone,

just a final reminder about tomorrows paper crafting workshops, we still have a few places left for the CD holder workshop which takes place at the Custard Factory Biringham  between 6.30 and 8.30pm.

With the onset of the digital age many of us are now turning to digital CD albums and digital scrapbooking... what better way of storing them, than this specially designed CD holder designed by yours truly.   Not only is this a useful way to store your treasured memories but also to share as a gift to those special people in your life.

The above CD holder is one I did for my Sons 13th Birthday celebrations, on the CD itself is DVD footage of the event.  The style of this is obviously very masculine, however you will have the choice to make yours to suit your scheme.
